Directions - its as Easy to USe as, One... Two... ThREE...

Hotdogs, Beer Dogs or Chili Cheese Dogs

  1. Heat one Inch of water or beer, lower the Hotdog Ez Bun Steamer grill or the Ez Steam Grill into any standard po. Drop your favorite Hotdogs through the cross shaped opening, place your Hotdog Buns above on the grill and cover.
  2. Steam for two to three minutes. For stale buns add 30 to 60 seconds.
  3. Carefully remove your steamed buns, using a pair of tong reach through the cross shaped opening and retreive your cooked Hotdogs from below. Add your favorite condiments and Enjoy!

Mini Burgers

  1. Cook four small square beef patties
  2. Take four dinner rolls and slice in half, place the bottoms on either the Hotdog Ez Bun Steamer or the Ez Steam Grill
  3. Add one square beef patty on each roll, cheese, pickles, onions, mustard, ketchup and replace the tops.Lift the steaming grill up by its handles and lower it down onto the rim of a pot with two inches of boiling water. Cover and steaming for 2 to 3 minutes,
  4. Using a two pot holders or oven gloves remove the steaming grill with the steamed mini burgers and enjoy!

Meatball Hoggie

  1. Cook four to six meatball in your favorite spaghetti sauce using a 3 to 5 quart pot
  2. Slice open a Hoggie or other type Sub roll and place on the steaming grill
  3. Using a large spoon scoop the meatballs into the hoggie roll until the roll is full. Add mozarella cheese and oregano
  4. Lift the steaming grill with the Meatball Hoggie on it and place on the rim of the pot, if the sauce in the pot has thicken too much add a little water for better steaming, cover and steam for 3 to 4 minutes,
  5. Using a two pot holders or oven gloves remove the steaming grill with the steamed Meatball Hoggie and enjoy!

Beef Burritos

  1. Cook some ground beef and rice, set aside.
  2. Using a 5 quart or large pot with 2 inches of boiling water lower  the Ez Steam Grill onto the rim and place one or two torillas on the grill, cover and steam for two to three minutes
  3. Remove the steamed torillas and place on a flat surace. Add ground beef, rice, shredded cheese, lettuce, dice tomotoes, dice onions, chopped cilantro and sour cream.
  4. Roll into a burrito folding at least one end in, to prevent the contains from falling out and enjoy!

Lobster Tails, melted butter and lemon

  1. Use a 3 quart or large pot bring 2 inches of water to a boil.
  2. Make a cut through the back of the lobster tail, squeez some lemon into the lobster and water. Place two to three tablespoons of butter into a small dipping dish and incert into the middle of the steaming grill
  3. Pick of the steaming grill with the lobster tails and butter. Place onto the rim of the pot, cover and steam for six to eight minutes.
  4. Using a two pot holders or oven gloves remove the steaming grill with the steamed lobster tails, melted butter and enjoy!
